These Terms of Service govern your use of Rocket Labs Technology LLC services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Service Agreement

All packages require a minimum 12-month contract. Payment is processed automatically via Stripe on a monthly or annual basis. The website, code, and hosting remain property of Rocket Labs Technology until the contract term is fulfilled or the client exercises a buyout option.

Cancellation

Early cancellation requires payment of 50% of remaining months. After the initial 12-month term, the contract auto-renews month-to-month with 30 days cancellation notice.

Buyout

Clients may purchase full ownership of their website. Buyout prices: Orbit $1,500, Launch $2,000, Altitude $2,500, Mission $3,000. Domain is transferred upon buyout completion.
